Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when you can get your money back and how to ask for it. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. When we refund
If you were charged but did not receive what you paid for, we will fix it or refund you. If a paid job fails (for example a subtitle job in Sub Cut), the credits for it are returned to your account automatically. If you bought a credit pack or plan and have not used it, you can ask for a refund of the unused part within the refund window below.
Refund window: 7 days after payment.
2. When we do not refund
Credits or services you have already used, free tries, and results that you can fix yourself (for example small mistakes in automatic subtitles that you can correct in the editor) are not refunded.
3. If something goes wrong on our side
If a paid job fails, its credits are returned to your account automatically. If something else went wrong, or you were charged without receiving the service, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
4. Cancelling a plan
You can cancel a plan by writing to info@notewav.lk. Our credit packs are one-time purchases and credits never expire. If we offer a monthly plan for a product, you can cancel it by writing to us. An unused pack can be refunded within the refund window.
5. How to ask for a refund
- Email info@notewav.lk from the address you used when you paid.
- Write "Refund request" in the subject, and include your name, the date of payment and the amount.
- Tell us briefly why you are asking.
We will answer within 2 working days.
6. How the money comes back
Approved refunds are returned to the card or account you paid with, through PayHere. The time it takes to show in your account depends on your bank or wallet. It usually takes 5 to 10 working days.
